INTRODUCTION: From MSI we have received a P35 Platinum Combo motherboard which is based on the new P35 Express chipset from Intel. What sets this motherboard apart from its rivals is the possibility of using both DDR2 and DDR3 memory modules. The chipset is cooled by a large heat pipe cooler.
PACKAGING: The card comes in what can be described as a standard motherboard box. On the front are some ads for the different technologies, and on the back a more detailed overview of the features.
ACCESSORIES: With the motherboard comes:
4x Sata data cables 2x Sata Power cables 1 x Ide cable 1x External IEEE1394 connector 1x External USB 2.0 connector 1x ATX panel 2x DDR2/3 Turbocards 2x Driver CD (Vista/XP) 1x User guide 1x Quick Userguide 1 bag with cable extensions (power, USB etc.)
The bundle is quite standard, but does include four SATA cables.
