The test:
At standard speeds, the latency is a bit too high compared to the 2 GB 4-4-4-12 pair. The last benchmark software is Winrar. This software is very sensitive to timings.

It's obvious that Winrar is very dependent on timings, because the doubled capacity of the Crucial Ballistix Tracer Red modules doesn't perform twice as good.
The above comments and conclusions are made entirely with the Crucial Ballistix Tracer Red modules at stock speeds. If you use the overclocked results, the conclusion changes completely.

At 1100 MHz the Crucial Ballistix Tracer Red modules perform very well and there's no doubt that the Crucial Ballistix Tracer Red modules pack a lot of power.

The test also shows that some programs perform more than twice as good when given twice the amount of RAM. The Crucial Ballistix Tracer Red modules have left a good impression on this reviewer, and undersigned would not hesitate to recommend these RAM.
