We have never encountered it before but a safety power cord needs to be attached to the power supply with a screw.
The mounting of hardware in LanBoy Air took longer time that usual. The design is special and Antec have not supplied the case with tool-less mounting solutions. The power supply is firmly secured in its cage so it does not tear loose during transport and hereby cause harm to other components. The harddrive mountings cause harddrives to hang a bit crooked which do not look good. The internal space is plenty and it is not that hard to hide away the cables.
The cables need to be spread thin to mount the side panel without trouble. There is about 20 mm free space to work with.
It is possible to make a rearrangement so the motherboard tray is moved down. This makes room for the power supply in the top of the case.
Fans are fitted with blue LED lights which cannot be deactivated. Some cases have an on/off switch on the bigger fans but not in LanBoy Air’s situation. The blue color is in strong contrast to the Yellow/black combination and this can easily be seen from a distance. LAN parties are simply more fun with a case like LanBoy Air.
