If it doesn't cool your card enough, you could always buy the optional fan and still have an inaudible system. If you're looking for a cooler that can be silent when you work, yet powerful when you overclock/game, the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer is definitely your thing. Economically priced, powerful yet silent this cooler gets my first choice. If installing large coolers is not your thing, or if you're simply looking for a replacement for your broken standard cooler, the Evercool VC-RE (twinkling VGA cooler) comes highly recommended. It's not harder to install than the standard cooler, performs well and is not too noisy.
