En tysk domstol har givet Motorola medhold i, at Apple Sames International har brudt et af deres patenter relateret til overførsel af data pakker - GPRS.

Det er Apples iPhone og iPads med 3G der bryder Motorolas patent. Domstolen har givet tilladelse til at Motorola nu kan gå efter både påbud og erstatningskrav.

Efter at dommen blev offentliggjort udtalte Scott Offer, der er videp resident for Motorola Mobility:
