actually work in commercial real estate in real life (as opposed to the doctor I play on TV and component reviewer I play on the web). Resultantly, I spend a lot of time actually talking about cooling in my day job, with architects and engineers, and more so with tenants. While most people would assume that the bulk of tenant relations would revolve around leases, space improvements, etc., the reality is that about 90% of initiated tenant contact involves a temperature condition. Granted, many times it is two people sharing a common area alternating in “too hot” and “too cold” complaints, but solving that really isn’t part of my job.
