GIGABYTE today published a registration form for customers, which can be completed by those customers who have already purchased a GIGABYTE motherboard with P67, H67, P65, PH67 and B65 chipsets. Registered customers will then be informed about replacement of their motherboard by GIGABYTE directly.
According to Intel’s production plan, the 6 series B3 stepping chipset will be available during April, 2011. GIGABYTE will produce and ship replacement motherboards according to Intel’s chipset shipping schedule. GIGABYTE will provide an equivalent new motherboard for replacement after the motherboards have arrived at European warehouses.
Customers, who have problems with a GIGABYTE-branded P67, H67 and B65 motherboard and its SATA ports as described by Intel, may contact GIGABYTE support via the global online support system GGTS (http://ggts.gigabyte.com). GIGABYTE has additionally arranged the email address firstname.lastname@example.org for all related questions about Sandy Bridge, which will be answered with the highest priority.
