Razer announced the upgrade of its suite of gaming software and systems for compatibility with Microsoft Windows 8.1.

Razer Synapse 2.0, Razer Surround and Razer Comms will work with Microsoft Windows 8.1 starting October 18th. Razer Game Booster will be compatible from next month onward.

Also, all Razer systems will begin shipping with Microsoft Windows 8.1 starting at the end of October 2013.


Razer Synapse 2.0 is the first cloud-based driver suite for gamers, allowing you to instantly storing your custom settings and Razer add-ons online in the cloud. This means that you can retrieve them at anytime from anywhere around the world so you’re always pried for good gaming with your Razer gear.
